The Inn at Depauw offers 3 wedding packages, from the casual afternoon affair to the créme de la créme of all weddings. We promise to make this an event you will remember.

Minimum of 125 guests or additional set up fees may apply if the entire ballroom area is being used.


The following items are included in our Wedding/Reception Packages:

  • $1500 venue rental
  • A complimentary tasting for bride, groom and parents to pick your meal
  • Consultations with our chef and wedding specialist
  • Room rental for five hours with option of additional set up time based on availability
  • Centerpieces (12” mirror and two votives)
  • Cutting and service of wedding cake by Inn caterers
  • Dance floor
  • Complimentary and plentiful parking on site for your guests
  • Bar set up if bar service is arranged
  • Champagne toast for the head table
  • Overnight room on the day of the event for the bride and groom with upgrade to the Presidential Suite based on availability

The Inn at DePauw staff is ready to accommodate a variety of special events including fundraisers, award dinners, themed banquets, retreats, and celebrations such as family gatherings, reunions, anniversary parties and birthdays.
